Sold a house with the help of ChatGPT, Deal completed within five days
Artificial intelligence–based chatbots are gradually being used not only in daily tasks but also in various professional fields. A resident of Florida in USA, has claimed that he sold his own house with the help of an AI chatbot. From preparing the house for sale to marketing and communicating with potential buyers, he used the chatbot throughout the entire process.

According to a report by the American television channel NBC Six, Florida resident Robert Levin used ChatGPT, a chatbot created by OpenAI, to complete different steps of selling his house. This included creating advertisements for the house, communicating with potential buyers and scheduling times to show the house. How amazing that is, yah!

Robert Levin said that he also took help from ChatGPT to create promotional materials needed for marketing the house. He used the chatbot to coordinate communication with potential buyers. He even prepared a draft of the sales contract with the help of ChatGPT. However, he mentioned that he had the contract checked by a professional before using it. Levin claimed that within the first seventy-two hours after listing the house on the market, he received five purchase offers. Later, the sales agreement was completed within just five days. He said that his main goal in using the AI chatbot to reduce the cost of selling the house. He believes that he was able to save around three percent of the total expenses through this process.

This incident has created new discussions in the technology sector. Many technology entrepreneurs and supporters of artificial intelligence consider it an example of the growing use and potential of AI technology.

However, experts have advised caution in such use. According their opinion, AI-based chatbots can be effective assistants in understanding complex administrative processes or analyzing large amounts of data. But, the experts recommended that extra care is relly needed when using personal and sensitive information. On the other hand, privacy experts say that providing personally identifiable information, such as full names, banking details, or exact home addresses, to chatbots can be risky. Like any other online service, such data may be vulnerable to cyberattacks. In addition, professionals have advised that chatbots should be used only as initial support when preparing legal documents.

According the experts, artificial intelligence can sometimes produce incorrect or misleading information. In the past, such some of errors have caused problems even for users and lawyers. Experts believe that although AI can quickly analyze information and provide suggestions, it cannot replace years of experience, professional skills and human judgment. Therefore, human supervision is still essential when making important decisions.

My opinion is that this exemplifies the degree to which AI already supports our daily lives in many difficult ways: for example, when you use AI as your assistance in selling a house you are able to save time, money, and make life easier by using AI. The AI risks related to AI are also very clearly stated with respect to protection of personal information and making sure the AI was correct. I would support using AI so long as the AI is thought of as a tool, and not as a substitute for a professional’s skills and experience; As an example, in regard to legal agreements and making financial decisions; We need human beings to review these documents so there are no errors. While AI has its advantages, it should only be implemented carefully and responsibly.
